To schedule an appointment, please select a time slot from the calendar below. New, EAP and existing clients must use this service. All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the appointment time via our SMS appointment reminder system to avoid cancellation.
Effective February 1, 2020, a credit card is required on file to confirm your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no call/no show situation. Please contact us with any questions at 9803955473.
